Our Returns Process
Once your warranty claim is submitted, our team will contact you within one business day to arrange collection or provide return instructions.
Devices are typically assessed within five working days of arrival at our facility.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll either repair or replace your device and return it to you as quickly as possible.

Yes. Please ensure all passcodes and account locks (including iCloud, Samsung, or Google accounts) are removed before sending your device.
We cannot process any device that remains locked or account-linked.

Important: If your device is received locked (for example, if the iCloud account has not been removed), it cannot be repaired or replaced and will be returned to you unprocessed.

Our 12-month warranty covers defects or malfunctions that occur during normal, everyday use.
It applies to the device itself, protecting against faults related to materials or workmanship.
If an issue arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Manufacturer software or operating system issues
  • Accidental damage (e.g. cracked screens, liquid damage)
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs
  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or chips)
  • Damage resulting from third-party repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft of the device
  • Data loss or corruption
