A dedicated iGo Recycle van collects your equipment. You sign the Waste Transfer Note (WTN) for full traceability.

Equipment arrives at our secure facility and is fully serialised for tracking.

Step 5/7 – Data Destruction & Compliance

All data-bearing devices are securely wiped. Items beyond repair are destroyed. Within 28 days, we provide: - Certificate of Destruction, including Asset Report - ESG impact report showing your e-waste diversion and carbon savings

Step 6/7 – Rebate Valuation

- Your asset report is assessed for final valuation - Your rebate offer is finalised for payment by bank transfer (to you or your chosen charity), or credit on account

Step 7/7 – Refurbishment & Resale

- Devices beyond economical repair → responsibly recycled - Devices suitable for refurbishment → restored and resold
