How It Works
Step 1/7 – Reach Out
One of our specialists will contact you within one working day to discuss your equipment, estimate rebate value and disposal requirements.
Step 2/7 – Schedule & Agreement
We review your equipment and schedule a convenient collection time.
Step 3/7 – Secure Collection
A dedicated iGo Recycle van collects your equipment. You sign the Waste Transfer Note (WTN) for full traceability.
Step 4/7 – Arrival & Processing
Equipment arrives at our secure facility and is fully serialised for tracking.
Step 5/7 – Data Destruction & Compliance
All data-bearing devices are securely wiped. Items beyond repair are destroyed. Within 28 days, we provide: - Certificate of Destruction, including Asset Report - ESG impact report showing your e-waste diversion and carbon savings
Step 6/7 – Rebate Valuation
- Your asset report is assessed for final valuation - Your rebate offer is finalised for payment by bank transfer (to you or your chosen charity), or credit on account
Step 7/7 – Refurbishment & Resale
- Devices beyond economical repair → responsibly recycled - Devices suitable for refurbishment → restored and resold
