Enter your list of smartphones, tablets, or other eligible tech into the portal. Our system instantly provides a valuation based on make, model, and condition.

Step 3/8 - Accept the Quote

Review your trade-in value and approve the quote directly online. Once confirmed, we’ll take care of the logistics.

Step 4/8 - Collection or Return

  • For larger orders, we’ll send a dedicated iGo van for secure pickup.
  • For smaller consignments, we’ll send pre-paid boxes and courier labels for safe return via our chosen logistics partner.

Step 5/8 - Quality Control Check

When your devices arrive at our secure facility, each unit is logged, checked and matched against your submitted list for full transparency and traceability.

Step 6/8 - Data Wipe & Processing

Every device undergoes certified data destruction and secure wiping, fully compliant with NIST, ADISA, ISO and GDPR and ITAD standards.

Step 7/8 - Discrepancy Reporting

If any differences are found during inspection, they’re reported immediately — with full documentation and photos where applicable.

Step 8/8 - Payment & ESG Reporting

Within 14 days, your business receives payment, along with:
